Mark your calendars!! Sunday, April 6th – 2 to 4 pm. Come and join us for this very special event – Wolf Creek Winery and Youngs Bakery present ‘Wine and Bread pairing’. We will be pairing 4 Wolf Creek Wines with 4 different varieties of Specialty Breads from Youngs Bakery (Garrison, ND). Allyson Youngs will be joining us that day to present her breads to you and will also be taking orders for your favorites which can be picked up at the Winery on a later arranged day/time.
You may also pre-order Youngs Bakery breads to take home that day. Sourdough, Pesto Swirl, Swedish Rye, Cinnamon Swirl, and Dill. Contact Allyson at”allysonyoungs2002@gmail.com” to pre-order.

About the Baker:
Youngs Bakery is a home bakery located in Garrison ND operating under cottage food laws. It was started in 2018 with a few cookies and breads made by Allyson Youngs who is a 23 year old native of Garrison ND. She graduated NDSU in 2023 and continues to bake. She uses recipes of her own creation and recipes handed down through generations of her family to bring breads and other
delicious baked items to the community. She plans to one day open a bakery in Garrison.
